SLANE CASTLE 2027 – MOTORHOME & CAMPERVAN PITCH 

Friday, 25 June 2027 – Arrival

Arrive at Rock Farm Slane from 3pm to 9pm. 

*DUE TO TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS - NO ARRIVALS WILL BE PERMITTED ON SATURDAY THE 26TH OF JUNE 2027.*

On arrival, please have your booking confirmation available and follow the directions provided by the site team.

You will be directed to your designated pitch.

Once parked, please ensure your motorhome/campervan and any associated equipment remain within your allocated 6m x 7m pitch.

No vehicles will be able to move from their pitch once parked until check out.

Saturday, 26 June 2027 – Concert Day

Enjoy the day at Rock Farm before making your way to the Slane Castle concert venue.

The concert site is across the River Boyne from Rock Farm. Please allow enough time to walk roughly 1.5km to the concert site, as well as additional time for event-day traffic and pedestrian management.

There is no shuttle service between Rock Farm and the concert venue.

Sunday, 27 June 2027 – Departure

Check out will be from 9am - 11am.

All guests not checked out by 11am will be subject to a €100 fine.

Please leave your pitch clean and tidy and take all personal belongings and rubbish with you.

No pick-up service is provided.

Guests are responsible for making their own way to Rock Farm Slane and between the camping area and the concert venue.

Due to event traffic restrictions and road management arrangements, we are unable to provide transport or shuttle services to and from the concert. 

No drop-off service is provided.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own onward travel following departure.

Please ensure your vehicle is removed from the site by the designated check-out time on Sunday, 27 June 2027.

Please bring:

• Your booking confirmation
• ID for you and all members of your group
• Your valid concert ticket(s)
• Your motorhome/campervan
• Your own pitch tent (if required)
• Your own awning (if required)
• Any equipment required for your stay
• Suitable clothing and footwear for Irish weather
• Waterproof clothing and warm layers
• Food and drink as required
• Any personal supplies you may need for the weekend

Before You Travel

Please check the dimensions of your motorhome/campervan before arriving.

The standard pitch measures 6m x 7m.

If your vehicle will not fit within these dimensions, you must select the Large Vehicle / Oversized Pitch – €20 option when booking.

Standard Motorhome/Campervan Pitch – €150

Your standard booking includes:

• 1 x motorhome or campervan (no caravans)
• 1–2 guests
• 1 x designated 6m x 7m pitch
• Pitch for the advertised weekend dates

Additional Guests

The €150 price includes up to 2 guests.

Additional guests can be added at €5 per person.

Optional Extras

The following extras are available during the booking process:

• Large Vehicle / Oversized Pitch – €20
• Pitched Tent – €50
• Own Awning – FREE

Your Own Pitched Tent

A pitched tent can be added to your booking as an optional extra.

Tent details:

• Tent type/size: Maximum size approx. 3m x 3m
• Sleeps: 2 - 4 people
• Price: €50 per tent
• Bedding included: No

Please select the pitched tent option when booking if you will be bringing one.

⛺ Your Own Awning

Guests are welcome to bring their own awning.

An awning must be positioned entirely within your allocated 6m x 7m pitch and must not extend into neighbouring pitches, access routes or communal areas. 

Please select the Own Awning option when booking so we know in advance how many pitches will have awnings.

There is no additional charge for bringing your own awning but it must fit within the 6m x 7m pitch.

The following are not included in the standard €150 pitch price:

• Concert tickets
• Additional guests beyond the first 2
• Large Vehicle / Oversized Pitch fee, where applicable
• Pitched tent
• Awning
• Transport to or from the concert
• Food and drink (we will have an open bar and food for guests to purchase on site, details TBA)
• Personal travel expenses
• Bedding or other tent equipment unless specifically stated as included
• Any items or services not specifically listed under Inclusions

IMPORTANT: Your pitch booking does not provide admission to Slane Castle or the concert. Every person attending the concert requires their own valid concert ticket

Booking Process

When booking, you will be required to select:

1. Motorhome/Campervan Pitch

Select 1 x Motorhome/Campervan Pitch – €150.

This includes 1–2 guests and one designated 6m x 7m pitch.

2. Number of Guests

Select the total number of people staying on your pitch.

The first 2 guests are included in the €150 pitch price. Each additional guest is €5 per person.

3. Extras

Select any additional options required:

• Large Vehicle / Oversized Pitch – €20
  Required if your vehicle will not fit within the standard 6m x 7m pitch.

• Pitched Tent – €50

          Select this if you are bringing a tent to pitch.

• Own Awning – FREE
  Select this if you are bringing your own awning.

Please make sure you select the correct options before completing your booking.

Pitch & Awning Requirements

The standard pitch measures 6m x 7m.

Your motorhome/campervan, awning and associated equipment must remain within your allocated pitch.

If you are bringing an awning, please ensure that the total setup fits within the 6m x 7m pitch and does not obstruct neighbouring pitches or access routes. 

📍 Location

Rock Farm Slane is located on the Slane Castle Estate, but it is a separate site from the Slane Castle concert venue.

The concert venue is located across the River Boyne from Rock Farm.

Guests should expect a walk of at least 1.5km to the concert site and approximately the same for the return journey via Slane village.

There is no shuttle or transport service provided between Rock Farm and the concert venue.

🚶 Getting to and from the Concert

Please allow plenty of time when travelling to the concert.

Traffic restrictions, road closures and pedestrian management may be introduced around Slane during the concert weekend.

The journey back to Rock Farm after the concert may take longer due to the volume of people leaving the event.

🚐 Pitch Size

Each standard pitch measures 6m x 7m.

The standard booking is for one motorhome/campervan.

Your vehicle, awning and associated equipment must remain within your allocated pitch.

If your vehicle will not fit within the standard pitch, you must select the Large Vehicle / Oversized Pitch – €20 option.

Only one vehicle permitted per booking. If your group have multiple vehicles arriving (including cars) they must book under their own campervan pitch space.

👥 Guests

The €150 base price includes 1–2 guests.

Additional guests are charged at €5 per person.

Please select the correct total number of guests during the booking process.

⛺ Pitched Tent

A pitched tent is available as an optional extra.

If you require a tent, select the Pitched Tent option during checkout.

Tent price: €50

Tent size: Maximum size - approx 3m x 3m

Sleeps: 2 - 4 people

The awning must remain within your allocated 6m x 7m pitch and must not interfere with neighbouring pitches, access routes or communal areas. 

🎟️ Concert Tickets

Concert tickets are NOT included in your pitch booking.

Each person attending the concert must have their own valid concert ticket.

Concert tickets must be purchased separately.

🔥 Site Rules

All guests must follow the site rules and instructions from Rock Farm staff and event personnel.

• All motorhomes/campervans must arrive and be checked in by 9:00pm on Friday, 25 June 2027. Access to the camping area will not be available after this time.
• No children under 12 years of age are permitted to stay at Rock Farm Slane during the concert weekend.
• No pets are permitted.
• There are no electric hook-ups available.
• Generators are not permitted. If you require power or your motorhome, please use a solar panel.
• BBQs are not permitted.
• Guests must comply with all Rock Farm Slane site rules and instructions from site staff.

⚠️ Important Booking Information

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that:

• Your booking is for a motorhome/campervan pitch at Rock Farm Slane.
• Rock Farm Slane is located on the Slane Castle Estate but is not the concert venue.
• Concert tickets are not included.
• There is a walk between Rock Farm and the concert venue.
• The standard pitch measures 6m x 7m.
• The €150 price includes 1–2 guests.
• Additional guests are €5 per person.
• A €20 Large Vehicle / Oversized Pitch fee applies where the vehicle will not fit within the standard pitch.
• Bringing a pitched tents are available as an additional extra.
• Guests are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle, guest and extra options when booking.
• Only one vehicle is permitted per pitch. Any other cars must be booked under their own campervan booking pitch.
• No transport or shuttle service is provided to the concert venue.
• Event-day traffic and pedestrian arrangements may affect travel times.
• Exact access, check-in and event arrangements may be subject to change closer to the event.
• All guests must follow the instructions of Rock Farm staff, event personnel and An Garda Síochána.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your booking.

• Your booking is for motorhome/campervan accommodation at Rock Farm Slane only. Concert tickets are not included.
• No caravans are permitted. Any caravans that arrive on site will be refused entry.
• Bookings may be cancelled after purchase, however a 10% administration fee will apply to cancellations.
• No refunds will be available for cancellations made after Friday, 2 April 2027.
• After this date, bookings are non-refundable.
• Pitches are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline and are subject to a €15 transfer fee per booking where a transfer is permitted.
• Any transfer must be arranged with us in advance and is subject to availability and our approval.
• The booking cannot be transferred without prior confirmation from Rock Farm Slane.

Concert Cancellation / Postponement

In the event that the concert is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, any refund, transfer or alternative arrangements relating to your motorhome/campervan pitch will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable booking terms and the arrangements put in place by Rock Farm Slane.

Important Site Conditions

• Motorhomes and campervans only. No caravans are permitted due to space restrictions. 
• Only ONE VEHICLE per booking. Each vehicle arriving on site must be its own pitch booking. Cars can be booked as a regular campervan pitch.
• All motorhomes/campervans must arrive and be checked in by 9:00pm on Friday, 25 June 2027. Access to the camping area will not be available after this time.
• No children under 12 years of age are permitted to stay at Rock Farm Slane during the concert weekend.
• No pets are permitted.
• There are no electric hook-ups available.
• Generators are not permitted.
• BBQs are not permitted.
• Guests must comply with all Rock Farm Slane site rules and instructions from site staff.
