Friday, 25 June 2027 – Arrival

Arrive at Rock Farm Slane from 3pm to 9pm.

Due to traffic restrictions, no arrivals will be permitted on Saturday, 26 June 2027.

On arrival, please have your booking confirmation available and follow the directions provided by the site team.

You will be directed to your allocated Bell Tent.

Once checked in, settle into your accommodation and enjoy the Rock Farm site.

Please ensure that all personal belongings and equipment remain within your allocated area.

Saturday, 26 June 2027 – Concert Day

Enjoy the day at Rock Farm before making your way to the Slane Castle concert venue.

The concert site is across the River Boyne from Rock Farm.

Please allow enough time to walk approximately 1.5km to the concert site, as well as additional time for event-day traffic, pedestrian management and possible road restrictions.

There is no shuttle service between Rock Farm and the concert venue.

After the concert, make your way back to Rock Farm via the designated pedestrian routes.

Please be aware that the return journey may take longer due to the volume of people leaving the event.

Sunday, 27 June 2027 – Departure

Check-out will be from 9am–11am.

All guests must vacate their Bell Tent and leave the site by 11am.

All guests not checked out by 11am will be subject to a €100 fine.

Please leave your accommodation and surrounding area clean and tidy and take all personal belongings and rubbish with you.

No pick-up service is provided.

Guests are responsible for making their own way to Rock Farm Slane.

Guests are also responsible for making their own way between the camping area and the Slane Castle concert venue.

Due to event traffic restrictions and road management arrangements, we are unable to provide transport or shuttle services to and from the concert.

No drop-off service is provided.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own onward travel following departure.

Please ensure that you have arranged transport from Rock Farm Slane and that you vacate your Bell Tent by the designated check-out time on Sunday, 27 June 2027.

Please bring:

• Your booking confirmation
• ID for you and all members of your group
• Your valid concert ticket(s)
• Suitable clothing and footwear for Irish weather
• Waterproof clothing and warm layers
• Food and drink as required (there will be food and drink available to purchase on site)
• Any personal supplies you may need for the weekend

Bedding and towels are included in your package.

Before You Travel

Please check the accommodation details and facilities included with your Bell Tent booking before travelling.

Bell Tents have limited space, so guests should only bring essential personal belongings and equipment.

Please do not bring additional camping structures, gazebos or equipment unless specifically permitted by Rock Farm Slane.

Standard Bell Tent Booking – €720

Your standard booking includes:

• 1 x Bell Tent
• Accommodation for up to 4 guests
• Bedding and towels
• Designated Bell Tent accommodation area
• Accommodation for the advertised weekend dates
• Access to Rock Farm Slane facilities available to concert guests

Concert tickets are not included.

The following are not included in the standard Bell Tent price:

• Concert tickets
• Additional guests
• Pitched tent
• Gazebo
• Transport to or from the concert
• Food and drink (we will have an open bar and food for guests to purchase on site, details TBA)
• Personal travel expenses
• Any items or services not specifically listed under Inclusions

IMPORTANT: Your booking does not provide admission to Slane Castle or the concert. Every person attending the concert requires their own valid concert ticket

Follow the directions provided by our site team and proceed to your allocated Bell Tent.

DUE TO TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS, ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON SATURDAY, 26 JUNE 2027.

All guests must arrive and check in by 9pm on Friday, 25 June 2027. Access to the accommodation area will not be available after this time.

Booking Process

When booking, you will be required to select:

1. Bell Tent Accommodation
   Select 1 x Bell Tent accommodation.

2. Number of Guests
   Select the total number of people staying in the Bell Tent. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

3.  Guest names

           Insert all guests full names staying in the accommodation. 

• State whether you are bringing a vehicle or not (only one vehicle permitted per booking)

📍 Location

Rock Farm Slane is located on the Slane Castle Estate but is a separate site from the Slane Castle concert venue.

The concert venue is located across the River Boyne from Rock Farm.

Guests should expect a walk of approximately 1.5km to the concert site and approximately the same for the return journey via Slane village.

There is no shuttle or transport service provided between Rock Farm and the concert venue.

🚶 Getting to and from the Concert

Please allow plenty of time when travelling to the concert.

Traffic restrictions, road closures and pedestrian management may be introduced around Slane during the concert weekend.

The journey back to Rock Farm after the concert may take longer due to the volume of people leaving the event.

Guests are responsible for following all designated pedestrian routes and instructions from event personnel and An Garda Síochána.

The Bell Tent has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

Please ensure that you select the correct number of guests when booking.

Every person attending the concert must also have their own valid concert ticket.

🎪 Bell Tent Accommodation

Your Bell Tent is provided as part of your accommodation package.

Bell Tent includes 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds, hotel style linen, and fresh towels.

Please treat the Bell Tent and all furnishings with care and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at check-out.

🎟️ Concert Tickets

Concert tickets are NOT included in your Bell Tent booking.

Each person attending the concert must have their own valid concert ticket.

Concert tickets must be purchased separately.

All guests must follow the site rules and instructions from Rock Farm staff and event personnel.

• Generators are not permitted.
• BBQs are not permitted.
• Guests must keep the accommodation area clean and tidy.
• Guests must comply with all site rules and instructions.
• Guests must follow the instructions of event personnel and An Garda Síochána.

• The Bell Tent has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

• Event-day traffic and pedestrian arrangements may affect travel times.
• No arrivals are permitted on Saturday, 26 June 2027.
• All guests must arrive by 9pm on Friday, 25 June 2027.
• Exact access, check-in and event arrangements may be subject to change closer to the event.
• All guests must follow the instructions of Rock Farm staff, event personnel and An Garda Síochána.

Please make sure you have a valid concert ticket for every person attending the concert before travelling to Slane.

Your Bell Tent booking gives you a place to stay for the weekend — it does not provide admission to Slane Castle or the concert.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your booking.

Your booking is for Bell Tent accommodation at Rock Farm Slane only. Concert tickets are not included.

Bookings may be cancelled after purchase; however, a 10% administration fee will apply to cancellations.

No refunds will be available for cancellations made after Friday, 2 April 2027.

After this date, bookings are non-refundable.

Accommodation bookings are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline and are subject to a €15 transfer fee per booking where a transfer is permitted.

Any transfer must be arranged with Rock Farm Slane in advance and is subject to availability and approval.

The booking cannot be transferred without prior confirmation from Rock Farm Slane.

Concert Cancellation / Postponement

In the event that the concert is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, any refund, transfer or alternative arrangements relating to your Bell Tent accommodation will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable booking terms and arrangements put in place by Rock Farm Slane.

• Access to the accommodation area will not be available after this time.

• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their stay.
