On arrival, please have your booking confirmation available and follow the directions provided by the site team.

You will be directed to your allocated yurt.

Once checked in, settle into your accommodation and enjoy the Rock Farm site.

Please ensure that all personal belongings remain within your allocated accommodation area.

Monday, 28 June 2027 – Departure

Departure will be on Monday, 28 June 2027.

Exact check-out arrangements and times will be confirmed closer to the event.

All guests must vacate their yurt and leave the site by the confirmed check-out time.

All guests not checked out by the confirmed check-out time will be subject to a €100 late check-out fine.

Please leave your yurt and surrounding area clean and tidy and take all personal belongings and rubbish with you.

All times subject to change.

No pick-up service is provided.

Guests are responsible for making their own way to Rock Farm Slane and between the accommodation area and the concert venue.

Due to event traffic restrictions and road management arrangements, we are unable to provide transport or shuttle services to and from the concert.

No drop-off service is provided.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own onward travel following departure.

Please ensure that you have arranged transport from Rock Farm Slane and vacate your yurt by the designated check-out time on Monday, 28 June 2027.

A €100 late check-out fine will apply to any guests who have not checked out and vacated their yurt by the confirmed check-out time.

Please bring:

• Your booking confirmation
• ID for you and all members of your group
• Your valid concert ticket(s)
• Suitable clothing and footwear for Irish weather
• Waterproof clothing and warm layers
• Food and drink as required
• Any personal supplies you may need for your stay
• Any toiletries or personal items you require

The standard yurt has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

No additional guests are permitted beyond the maximum occupancy of 4 people per yurt.

Booking Process

When booking, you will be required to select:

1. 4-Person Yurt

Select 1 x 4-Person Yurt – €720.

This includes:

• 1 x double bed
• 2 x single beds
• Fresh linen and towels
• Electricity
• Wood-burning stove
• One-night accommodation from Sunday, 27 June to Monday, 28 June 2027

2. Number of Guests

Select the total number of people staying in the yurt.

The maximum occupancy is 4 guests per yurt.

Yurt Requirements

The yurt is provided as part of your accommodation booking.

Guests must not move, relocate or alter the yurt, beds, furnishings or stove.

Please keep personal belongings tidy and within your allocated accommodation area.

Guests must not obstruct walkways, communal areas or neighbouring accommodation.

Additional tents, gazebos or camping structures must not be erected unless specifically permitted by Rock Farm Slane.

🔥 Wood-Burning Stove

Your yurt includes a wood-burning stove.

Guests must use the stove responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided by Rock Farm Slane.

Please do not use the stove for cooking unless specifically permitted by Rock Farm Slane.

Further information regarding stove operation and firewood will be provided as part of your arrival information.

📍 Location

Rock Farm Slane is located on the Slane Castle Estate, but it is a separate site from the Slane Castle concert venue.

The concert venue is located across the River Boyne from Rock Farm.

Guests should expect a walk of approximately 1.5km to the concert site and approximately the same for the return journey via Slane village.

There is no shuttle or transport service provided between Rock Farm and the concert venue.

🚶 Getting to and from the Concert

Please allow plenty of time when travelling to the concert.

Traffic restrictions, road closures and pedestrian management may be introduced around Slane during the concert weekend.

The journey back to Rock Farm after the concert may take longer due to the volume of people leaving the event.

Guests are responsible for following designated pedestrian routes and instructions from event personnel and An Garda Síochána.

🛖 Yurt Accommodation

Each yurt accommodates up to 4 guests and includes:

• 1 x double bed
• 2 x single beds
• Fresh linen and towels
• Electricity
• Wood-burning stove

The yurt provides a comfortable glamping experience while allowing guests to enjoy the atmosphere of staying at Rock Farm during the Slane concert weekend.

👥 Guests

Each yurt has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

Please ensure that you select the correct number of guests when booking.

Every person attending the concert must also have their own valid concert ticket.

⚡ Electricity

Electricity is provided within the yurt.

Generators are not permitted on site.

Please do not overload electrical sockets or bring electrical equipment that is unsuitable for use within the accommodation.

🧺 Linen & Towels

Fresh linen and towels are provided as part of your yurt accommodation.

Guests should leave all provided linen and towels within the yurt at check-out.

🔥 Wood-Burning Stove

Each yurt is equipped with a wood-burning stove.

The stove provides heating and should be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided by Rock Farm Slane.

Guests must not tamper with, move or modify the stove.

Further details regarding the use of the stove and firewood provision will be provided as part of your arrival information.

🎟️ Concert Tickets

Concert tickets are NOT included in your yurt booking.

Each person attending the concert must have their own valid concert ticket.

Concert tickets must be purchased separately.

🔥 Site Rules

All guests must follow the site rules and instructions from Rock Farm staff and event personnel.

• All guests must arrive and be checked in by 9pm on Friday, 25 June 2027.
• No arrivals will be permitted on Saturday due to traffic restrictions.
• No children under 12 years of age are permitted.
• No pets are permitted.
• Electricity is available within the yurts.
• Generators are not permitted.
• BBQs are not permitted.
• Wood-burning stoves must be used responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided.
• Guests must keep their accommodation and surrounding area clean and tidy.
• Guests must comply with all site rules and instructions from Rock Farm staff.
• Guests must follow the instructions of event personnel and An Garda Síochána.

⚠️ Important Booking Information

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that:

• Your booking is for 4-person yurt accommodation at Rock Farm Slane.
• Rock Farm Slane is located on the Slane Castle Estate but is not the concert venue.
• Concert tickets are not included.
• There is approximately a 1.5km walk between Rock Farm and the concert venue.
• Each yurt accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
• Each yurt includes 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
• Fresh linen and towels are included.
• Electricity is included.
• Each yurt has a wood-burning stove.
• No en-suite bathroom or toilet is included unless specifically stated in the accommodation description.
• No transport or shuttle service is provided to the concert venue.
• Event-day traffic and pedestrian arrangements may affect travel times.
• No arrivals are permitted on Saturday, 26 June 2027.
• All guests must arrive by 9pm on Friday, 25 June 2027.
• Exact access, check-in and event arrangements may be subject to change closer to the event.
• All guests must follow the instructions of Rock Farm staff, event personnel and An Garda Síochána.

Please make sure you have a valid concert ticket for every person attending the concert before travelling to Slane.

Your yurt booking gives you a comfortable place to stay for the weekend — it does not provide admission to Slane Castle or the concert.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your booking.

Your booking is for 4-person yurt accommodation at Rock Farm Slane only. Concert tickets are not included.

Bookings may be cancelled after purchase; however, a 10% administration fee will apply to cancellations.

No refunds will be available for cancellations made after Friday, 2 April 2027.

After this date, bookings are non-refundable.

Yurt bookings are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline and are subject to a €15 transfer fee per booking where a transfer is permitted.

Any transfer must be arranged with Rock Farm Slane in advance and is subject to availability and approval.

The booking cannot be transferred without prior confirmation from Rock Farm Slane.

Concert Cancellation / Postponement

In the event that the concert is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, any refund, transfer or alternative arrangements relating to your yurt accommodation will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable booking terms and the arrangements put in place by Rock Farm Slane.
